Super important. So far we have no idea where to check the progress of the next release. We know we can find some tracking issue on polkadot-fellow repo, but there's no timeline or any general release schedule described anywhere.

- PR doc will it help? 1.7 release doc was a good model
- delivery system ( PR doc - migration guide with checklist) - addition/removal of API is defined as a migration guide prerequisite
- problem is that migration has no clear steps
- changelog (definition of target groups)
