I have found it extensively difficult to find any central repo that truly explains how to operate your own true "blockchain out-of-the-box" setup from start to finish and I would like to offer my help to change that.

Very cool, how would you like to change that. The problem IMO is there is too much choice in what you can do with Polkadot SDK (Substrate) to build a Polkadot product (Parachain or Decentralized App).

There needs to be some way to 1/ Communicate the general standards, 2/ Offer choice when needed
