According to the Electric Capital Developer report, there are over 2,000 developers in the Polkadot ecosystem. However, it's difficult to connect with them. Reaching out to hundreds of developers on Discord is inefficient.

Perhaps there should be a "directory" of substrate devs interested/open to joining a startup.
